Week 3
- Budget: $30
- Purchase: Bars (Protein, Kind, Granola, Clif, etc)
- Substitution Items: Some other type of grab-and-go snack item
This week we are purchasing bars: granola bars, protein bars, whatever your family does.
We are going to beef up a few snack-type items, but hopefully that have some protein or some substance to them. My family really likes these (Sweet and Salty Peanut Butter Bars). We don’t have peanut allergies.
Other ideas:
- Normal granola bars
- Protein bars
- Kind bars
- Cliff bars
Whatever it is, purchase $30 worth of bars. If you eat absolutely no types of bars whatsoever, then get something similar. Get a snack-ish type food that you can just grab and go with, and that’s it. So $30 on hopefully some sort of bar or something similar.
